Inspection systems from Asentics Sealing Inspection are equipped with various sensors to perform the required inspection task. All of our sensors were developed by Asentics, so they are designed to work perfectly together. This ensures the best possible test result.

Sealing Inspection

Topside Sensor

Reliable inspection of the entire upper and lower surface of the specimen. Individually adjustable light sources.

  • Variety of visual ranges for optimum adaption to the part spectrum: 10 to 80 mm

Outside Sensor 360° Inspection

Reliable check on the specimen‘s seam and surfaces. Various adjustable light sources in conjunction with a system of lenses and mirrors produce complete images of the specimen‘s outer surfaces.

  • Resolution: 33 and 57 µm

Reliable check on inside surfaces. Various adjustable light sources detect notches, inclusions caused by foreign matter, or flaws.

Dimension Sensor

VMeasures the specimen‘s outside and inside diameters as well as the material thickness. Transillumination detects the slightest changes in contour caused by faults such as burs, flaws or mold mismatch.
